The Half Halt

September’s Half Halt will be on Thursday, September 26th at 6:00 PM

Formerly known as Adult Saddle Club, this monthly event is a time for adult who love horses and learning to come tougher, discuss life, and grow in an unscripted time of camaraderie.

When working with horses, there exists a subtle yet profound cue known as a half halt. This gentle pause amidst the motion, brings both horse and rider into a state of balance. In these pauses we recalibrate. We listen deeply to our own needs and the needs of those around us. Horses show us the beauty of these moments of connection.

The Half Halt is our monthly, in-person meeting where we allow ourselves to be fully present, to give and receive support, and to move forward with renewed clarity and purpose- in all topics from horses to life.

Join us as we work together to find our stride in the rhythm of life.

If you're not currently in lessons/coaching with us at Bramblewood Stables, the ticket price is $25 (which goes to sponsoring and supporting the horses that form the bedrock of our work at the farm). We hope to see you this month

Founded in 2023 by thought-leader Brooke Chapman and formerly called Adult Saddle Club, The Half Halt initiative has become a central gathering place for adults at Bramblewood Stables and beyond. We’re all hungry for connection and the safe container of ideas found in our monthly time to pause, reflect, and move forward into action has become an essential event that mirrors the heart of all the work we do at the farm.

Get in touch.

And we’ll send you all that you need to secure your spot at this month’s Half Halt event.
